Short answer… No. We don’t offer packages at this time, we believe in doing the work and then the invoiced is paid.

How do you charge?

Our prices are quoted by the hour, with a minimum invoice of two hours. Our invoice frequency can be as little as monthly, fortnightly or weekly, depending on the work required. If their is no work, there is no invoice.

Our rates are fair for Australian-based staff, with high-level understanding and quality of work guaranteed.

Will I have to spend extra time ‘hand-holding’ staff?

No, our clients relax knowing our staff do not need explicit instructions to get the work accomplished. With autonomy to think for themselves, our employees are often tasked with highly intricate and complex instructions not suitable for overseas Virtual Assistants.
